Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before using the FreeVPSTrial.net website and services operated by FreeVPSTrial ("us", "we", "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Service Description & Eligibility
FreeVPSTrial.net provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting solutions. To access our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete contact information during registration.
- Not be a resident of any country subject to international sanctions by the EU or USA.
2. The Free Trial
2.1 Limitations
The "Free VPS Trial" is a one-time offer per natural person. Strictly one account is allowed per individual, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts to bypass trial limitations is considered fraud and will result in the immediate termination of all associated instances.
2.2 Identity Verification
While no credit card is required for the free trial, we may require SMS verification or e-mail validation to prevent automated bot abuse.
2.3 Expiration
The trial lasts for 30 consecutive days. At the end of the trial, the instance will be suspended. Data will be retained for a 48-hour grace period before being permanently deleted unless the account is upgraded to a paid plan.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
- Hosting phishing sites or malware.
- Cryptocurrency mining (e.g., Bitcoin, Monero) on any plan.
- Launching DDoS attacks or network scanning.
- Hosting illegal pornography or copyrighted material without authorization.

4. Fees and Payments (Paid Plans)
If you choose to upgrade to a Pro Plan:
- Billing: Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid plans, provided no Terms of Service violations have occurred. Crypto payments are non-refundable.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your service at any time via the dashboard.
5. Uptime & SLA
We strive for a 99.9% network uptime. In the event of unscheduled downtime exceeding this threshold in a given month, paid users may request a service credit of 5% of their monthly fee for every hour of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee. The Free Trial plan is provided "as is" and is not covered by the SLA financial credits.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FreeVPSTrial.net, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
